BNDRY released Q2 2025 updates including automated onboarding, AML screening, dynamic risk ratings, and new integrations with RapidID and Simple KYC to streamline compliance workflows.

Automations, integrations and a whole lot less admin

In Q2 2025, BNDRY focused on delivering core features to make it easier to meet compliance obligations, from onboarding and screenings through monitoring and reporting. The platform introduced new integrations with leading compliance providers and Actions to simplify key compliance tasks.

Inbuilt Automation for Individual Identity Verification and Screening

BNDRY now offers an end-to-end onboarding Automation from sign-up through identity verification and AML screening checks. Users can configure tailored onboarding forms with business-specific fields and styling, which BNDRY then orchestrates.

Run AML Screening, Entity Risk Ratings and ID Verification Checks On Demand

Users can run individual Activities to screen, verify, or risk rate entities at any time. This ensures identification data is current, checks against Politically Exposed Person (PEP), Sanctions and Adverse Media watchlists, and confirms risk ratings align with organisational risk appetite.

Dynamic Entity Risk Ratings

BNDRY now supports automatic and dynamic customer risk rating configuration. Risk ratings can be assigned as Low, Medium, High, or Critical and calculated when entities are created or as details and behaviour change.

Integrations

RapidID

BNDRY now integrates natively with RapidID for global identity and document verification services, allowing orchestration and automation of onboarding, KYC, and PEP/Sanctions screening flows.

Simple KYC

BNDRY partners with Simple KYC to simplify Know Your Business (KYB) processes, from identifying UBOs and onboarding trusts to mapping ownership structures and managing high-risk entities.

Add Notes to Entities

Users can now leave timestamped notes directly on entities, creating a shared audit trail for recording context, decisions, meeting notes, and insights.

Whitelabel Forms and Workspaces

Users can apply their business logo and themes to Forms and Workspaces, providing a tailored branded experience when requesting and collecting customer data.

Embedded UAR Forms and SMR Reporting

Users can compile Unusual Activity Reports (UARs), escalate to SMRs, and submit directly to AUSTRAC within BNDRY. Forms can be pre-filled with entity and event data.

Push Events to BNDRY to Monitor Customer Usage

Events allow users to push transaction data, product usage, or customer interactions into BNDRY for monitoring customer behaviour and triggering monitoring rules through integrations to detect suspicious activity in real-time.
